We also now offer a new “Purchase Survey” as an alternative to the old RICS Homebuyer Survey. This new survey is not only comprehensive, but also user friendly. It can be tailored to your personal requirements to provide additional information regarding specific areas you may have concerns about – such as whether building/conversion work at the property has been completed appropriately, if cracking at a property is something to worry about, or if a loft conversion is viable etc.
The Report can also be provided with or without an “optional extra” market valuation – something which you may opt not to include, if you have already received a satisfactory Mortgage Valuation Report. An insurance valuation is always included as standard.
This Report is the result of Tim’s many years’ experience in the surveying profession, during which he has identified that people are increasingly interested in reports which do away with technical jargon, and provide explanations in simple, plain English on the issues that matter to you as a purchaser.
